job Program Manager- Peer Support and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and development for the Peer Support and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) programs. This role ensures that both programs operate in compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies while fostering a client-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed environment. The Program Manager is responsible for program development, staff supervision, quality assurance, and coordination of services to achieve positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational management of Peer Support and PSR programs.
- Ensure services meet all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to support effective service delivery.
- Monitor productivity, outcomes, and performance measures for both programs.
- Coordinate integration of clinical and peer-based supports to enhance client care.
- Facilitate team meetings and case reviews to ensure collaboration and quality of care.
- Promote professional development and continuing education opportunities.
- Support the delivery of person-centered, evidence-based, and culturally competent care.
- Ensure accessibility, continuity, and coordination of services across Peer Support and PSR.
- Monitor service plans and interventions to align with client needs and recovery goals.
- Address escalated client concerns and assist staff in complex problem-solving cases.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation, billing, and service delivery for accuracy and compliance.
- Implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Prepare reports and data analysis for leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders.
- Represent the agency at community meetings, provider collaboratives, and advocacy events.
Promote awareness of Peer Support and PSR services within the community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field is required.
- Minimum 3years of progressive experience in behavioral health, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or program management role. NC certified Peer Support Specialist.
- Experience supervising both Qualified Professionals and Certified Peer Support Specialists.
- Experience developing and expanding peer-based and rehabilitation programs.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practices, and psychosocial rehabilitation models.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement skills.
- Ability to balance administrative duties with program innovation and staff support
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
