Question:
Either myself or a loved one is experiencing homelessness. Can HHRC help?
HHRC is a national training center that primarily provides training and technical assistance for housing and health professionals. We do not provide direct assistance, but we can help identify local providers who may be able to assist you.
To find vital services in your community, please call 2-1-1. Please refer to our Need Help page for other resources and services, such as crisis services, mental health and/or substance use services, or housing resources.
Question:
Can I access the course on my smartphone or another mobile device?
Yes. You can access any course on the learning gateway on a smartphone, or other mobile devices with internet accessibility.
Question:
Can I share my account with others, including a shared account for my organization?
We strongly encourage users to create individual accounts and not share accounts with members of their organization.

Where can I change my password or username?
Please log in to your account, click the profile icon, and then My account in the top right corner. Once there, you’ll see an “edit” option in the top right corner. On this page, you can update your email, password, place of work, etc.

Are the slides available for download?
Yes, slides are available in notetaking and regular format for each webinar: hhrctraining.org/events-webinars
Question:
I completed the evaluation survey but didn’t receive my certificate. What can I do?
Please reach out to the HHRC Team for your certificate: info@hhrctraining.org. Include the event title and date in your request for a certificate.

Do you offer certificates of participation for webinars?
Yes, an evaluation survey is offered at the end of each webinar which redirects to the certificate upon completion. Completion of the survey is required if you would like a certificate of webinar participation.
Question:
Do you offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for webinars?
We do not offer CEUs for webinars, but attendees receive a Certificate of Participation after completing the end-of-event survey. You may submit this certificate alongside the speaker bios and event description to your licensing board for accreditation at their discretion.

Are recordings of HHRC webinars available? For how long?
All webinars hosted by the Homeless and Housing Resource Center will be recorded and permanently available on our website with both English and Spanish subtitle options. You can find them here: hhrctraining.org/events-webinars

How much do the webinars cost?
All HHRC webinars and learning communities are available at no cost/free.
Question:
Can I log back in and re-take the course or view quiz questions after I’ve passed?
Although the course has concluded, your access to the material has not. You can revisit the course content, including completed quiz questions and responses, from the Training Courses page.
Question:
If I complete the course, but reopen it, will my course completion status change?
No. Once you have completed the course, your completion status will show as Complete.
Question:
How long does my certification/accreditation last?
Your Certificate of Completion does not expire. Once the course is completed, you can access your Certificate of Completion at any time.
Question:
Where can I find my certificate?
To access your Certificate of Completion, please log in to the HHRC website and go to the Training Courses page. There, you can access each certificate of completion you have earned.
NOTE: You must be logged in to access your certificate.

Do you offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for completing an online course?
Each online course offers CEUs from the National Association of Social Workers, though the number of CEUs varies based on the length of the course. Refer to the Course Description pages to find the CEUs offered for each course. Upon course completion, the CEU approval number will be located at the bottom of your Certificate of Completion.

How long does my access to the course last?
Your access to the website and coursework is not time limited. At any time, you can revisit the course content, including your Bookmarks, Note Pad drafts, and Take a Moment entries.

When do you announce new courses? How often do you release new courses?
We aim to release two new courses each year. Join our email list here to be the first to know when new courses are announced.

Do the training courses expire?
No, the training courses are self-paced, and you can start and stop as you wish.

How much do the training courses cost?
All HHRC webinars and learning communities are available at no cost/free.
