Kristin Lupfer
: Project Director
Kristin Lupfer, M.S.W., is Vice President for Housing and Income Supports at Policy Research Associates, Inc. (PRA) and Director of SAMHSA's Homeless and Housing Resource Center (HHRC). She currently directs SAMHSA's PATH Data Exchange and facilitates Homeless Response Systems Mappings for communities across the country. Ms. Lupfer holds an M.S.W. from Columbia University and began her career in direct practice with people who were homeless in New York City and Atlanta.
Alisha Fletcher
: Project Associate
Alisha Fletcher joined SAMHSA’s Homeless and Housing Resource Center in 2022. Alisha also serves as a facilitator for PRA’s Systems Mapping and Training Center, and works closely with SAMHSA’s Service Members, Veterans, and their Family Members Technical Assistance Center. Alisha’s previous experience includes supporting SAMHSA’s SOAR Technical Assistance Center and coordinating street outreach and housing navigation for Tulsa, Oklahoma’s Continuum of Care Lead Agency. She holds an M.A. in American Studies, is a citizen of Cherokee Nation, and calls northeastern Oklahoma home alongside her husband and her cat.
